when i saw the lili’s little fairies challenge this week was pastel colours, i just had to play along; it’s a nice change from all the christmas projects i’ve been making. i coloured with distress ink pads, stamped the sentiment on a cloud and popped it on foam tape. thanks for popping by.

Just For You
this week’s lili’s little fairies challenge is ‘your favourite craft tool’ – if you guessed my paintbrush, you’d be right; and of course i also love my distress inks and letraset aquamarkers to colour with. this is an older teddy stamp, but still one of my favourite LOTV images and he’s coloured with distress inks. i’m also submitting this to the pretty little ribbon’s blossoms and butterflies theme and the tuesday alchemy mother dear challenge. thanks for popping by.
Yummy Cupcakes
i made this card for my daughter just because she can never have too many bunny cards. i coloured the oh so sweet lili of the valley bunny cupcakes image with distress inks and i’m submitting it to these challenges: the lili’s little fairies anything goes, the Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge (flipped vertically) and the paper players cupcake inspiration photo/mother’s day theme. thanks for popping by.
Thinking Of Spring
this week’s inspiration challenge at splitcoaststampers took us to charleston gardens where i found this cute bunny. the image is coloured with distress inks and i’m also submitting this to lili’s little fairies challenge: spring colours. for once, i created a card so quickly that the link wasn’t up yet. :) thanks for popping by.
Relaxing Teddy
the lili’s little fairies challenge is to use your favourite lili of the valley stamp; this is the first LOTV stamp i bought and it’s still my favourite. i’m also submitting it to the anything goes theme at the let’s ink it up and pan pastel challenges. thanks for popping by.
Two Cool Friends
i made this for a few challenges, but first i have to thank my blogging buddy sandra for the oh so sweet image that i coloured with distress inks as usual. this is for the splitcoaststampers’ inspiration challenge, flower soft challenge 41 to think snow, the bingo line of pearls, stickles, ribbon for the stampalot challenge and the pan pastel UK challenge of the great outdoors. thanks for popping by.
Christmas Down Under
the theme of lili of the valley’s Challenge 66 is Untraditional Christmas, so i was glad that i could participate as i’ve missed a few. i’m particularly fond of this teddy stamp; i wish there were more. (hint, hint). until i order some of the oh so cute Christmas stamps, this is the perfect image for a Christmas card for a friend in New Zealand. i watercoloured the image, added fibres, dew drops and a peeloff sentiment. i know some stampers refuse to use peeloffs, but it takes me just as much effort to align a sticker as it does to stamp with one hand. lol. Thanks for popping by.
