Bonjour! Penny Black And More January 2016

it’s the first sunday of the month so it’s time for a new theme at the penny black and more challenge blog; this month we’d like you to create ‘one for the girls.’

i’ve used this cute penny black mimi stamp, thank you anne, called bonjour! and, as usual, i watercoloured with twinkling H2Os.

i used an older cuttlebug embossing folder and sanded the core-dinations paper, added a my favorite things notebook die tag and daisy, also watercoloured with twinkling H2Os, and an elizabeth craft die cut hello.

i hope you’ll play along – remember, you can use any company’s stamp for your focal point, just no digis please; a future guest designer will be selected from those who use a PB image and as always, there are some great prizes to be won from: Penny Black, Be Creative, Crafty Ribbons.

Penny Black And More December – Anything Goes With A Stamp

it’s the first sunday of the month and time for a new theme at the penny black and more challenge blog and it’s a very easy theme this month – anything goes with a stamp!

i decided to continue my christmas card making; i designed this card and made a set for my daughter. this adorable image, from the penny black clear stamp set ‘jolly friends’ 30-058 was watercoloured with twinkling H2Os and of course i added stickles on the ground and around the tab.

Jingle All The Way

my parcel of crafty MFT goodies arrived just in time for me to play along with the my favorite things color challenge #33:

and also the MFT sketch challenge 255:

the mittens are in a die set that came free with my purchase, and since they’re so cute i had to use them. this card came together quickly, thanks to the sketch and because there’s no stamping and colouring! even the sentiment is a sticker, so it’s fun to sometimes make cards that don’t take me so long.

i’d also like to submit this to the simon says wednesday challenge: christmas.
