i watercoloured this sweet image from the Penny Black tiny wishes clear stamp set with Twinkling H2Os, added yellow stickles to the flower centres and used a MS eyelet punch for the borders. the sentiment is die cut from the Penny Black wishes die set. thanks for popping by.

i watercoloured this sweet image from the Penny Black homemade clear set with distress ink pads and twinkling H2Os. i used a couple of die cuts on this card: the Marianne Design button flower, cut with chipboard and white card stock; My Favorite Things Die-namics banners; nestabilities squares for the image and mat and i used an EK Success eyelet punch for the borders. i created the tablecloth with a stencil and a paintbrush.

Penny Black Botanical Notes

i created a z-fold card with my scor-pal for my mid month DT creation; this month’s penny black and more challenge theme is anything goes.

i love this penny black ‘botanical notes’ cling stamp because of the collage image that i always seem to have trouble creating. i watercoloured with distress ink pads, then stamped the flower twice more to cut and layer it. the thank you was die cut from my new penny black creative die set and a marianne design leaf flourish die. be sure to check out the beautiful creations from my team mates and the fabulous prizes on offer at the penny black and more challenge blog and remember, you can use any company’s stamped image as your focal point, just no digis.

Penny Black And More Anything Goes

this is my DT card for the may penny black and more challenge theme of anything goes. I coloured this hedgie image from the penny black wonderful 30-029 clear set with distress ink pads and derwent inktense pencils; the sentiment is hero arts. i doodled some grass and lightly sponged the edge of the image panel, which is popped on foam tape.

Penny Black And More Make It Sparkle

we’re into february already and that means a new challenge theme at penny black and more; this month we’d like to see some sparkle. for my DT card, i chose to watercolour this cute penny black penguin from the ‘cold nose warm heart’ clear set with twinkling H2Os and i painted the sky with distress ink pads. the glitter on the snowballs is stampendous flocking mixed with stampendous ultra fine glitter.

Penny Black And More December Mid-Month

this is my DT creation for this month’s traditional christmas colours theme at the penny black and more challenge.

Twinkling Christmas Wreath – Penny Black And More

this is my DT card for this month’s penny black and more challenge, which is anything goes! i enjoy making christmas cards year round, but i’m making more lately because they’ll have to be mailed off in a month already. i watercoloured this image with twinkling H2Os and the tiniest of paintbrushes. i stamped the sentiment, created the corners by die cutting four times,  and then i matted everything. there are some fabulous prizes to be won and remember, you can use any company’s image for your focal point, just no digis. my team mates have made some gorgeous creations which you’ll find at the challenge blog. thanks for popping by.
