i had just enough time to play along with the taylored expressions share joy challenge 50 and this one was a real challenge but i’m happy with the results.
i wasn’t sure i’d be able to find papers that coordinated with each other but once i finally made my selection, the card came together quickly. this card is off to my brother for his birthday, who is an avid formula 1 fan. i’m keeping my fingers crossed that he’ll get it in time given the canada post negotiations. i die cut the TE little bits balloons, watercoloured with twinkling H2Os, added some yellow hemp cord and popped them on with foam tape.
thanks for popping by.

Linda, a very belated but heartfelt thank you for stopping by my blog and leaving such generous words about my stamps! I am so grateful and so impressed with what you’ve done to make them shine. Your art is lovely and I’m so glad you shared your beautiful card and work with me. Sending my best to you and I’ll look forward to seeing more of your work! And should InkyAntics have me, I would love to do more stamps with them. I’ll keep you posted should that happen. 😄 Shirley
Very nice birthday card! I love how you painted the balloons and added the strings to them.
This card look very happy and love your match of papers!!
Very fun and cute, Linda.
I did not know of these challenges. Will have to get myself organized and give this challenge a try.
