Santa’s Elf

i really should be mass producing christmas cards but i’m avoiding it so i coloured today for fun and relaxation; this time i followed the My Favorite Things colour challenge no. 55http://www.cardchallenges.com/2016/10/mft-color-challenge-55.html

i made a one layer christmas card with autumn colours using one of the cute MFT BB Santa’s Elves that i coloured with watercolour pencils. the sentiment is stamped in brown and the tiny buttons are brown so i was able to use all the inspiration colours. i added glossy accents to the ornament, jingle bell and berries.

i’m also submitting this card to these challenges:
One Crazy Stamper October – Fall/Winter Fun
Let’s Color Linky Party 13  Anything Goes
Virginia’s View Challenge #24 Focal Point

thanks for popping by.

  1. Beautiful colouring. Love this done on the Kraft cardstock. I know what you mean about bulk producing but really colouring is so much more fun isnt it?

  2. Aww this is so cute! The colouring, cute image, and sentiment really stand out. You don’t need anything else on there! Great use of one layer.

  3. Beautifully coloured and I love the CAS layout. Thank you for sharing your card in our challenge at One Crazy Stamper.

  4. How very cute, loving that shade of green and the little guy is just too adorable!
    Thanks so much for sharing!!
