Taylored Expressions is celebrating with a 9th year sketch challenge:

i made this card for someone who could use some encouragement with one of the sentiments in the TE spin cycle sentiments set. i painted four swatches of twinkling H2Os on cold pressed watercolour paper,  die cut the TE little bits clothing confetti and the dots from those and popped the circle on foam tape.
