it’s national sewing month in the USA so I thought I’d share the bag I finally finished for my daughter, who chose the pattern and fabric a while ago. no problem, was my first thought; how much different can a big bag be from a little zipper pouch? I do love a good challenge. but then I encountered steps and techniques I hadn’t done before so I procrastinated until I was feeling more confident. lessons learned along the way from mistakes were helpful, although if I ever make another it’ll be with a simpler pattern.
