this week’s penny black saturday challenge is a sketch by team member Pauline; i was surprised how quickly it came together, although i think this is the first red white and blue christmas card i’ve ever made. it’s growing on me. the image is watercoloured and die cut with circle nesties. i added flower soft to his hat and stickles for snow. thanks for popping by.

Hello Linda: It’s not necessarily really easy to get used to non-traditonal Christmas colors, but once you do….oh boy. This is perfect in design and image. The little guy is just darling. I can see you’re having fun with your cards…despite the fact that you’re a PICNIC (need to go to your SCs gallery for explanation). Hugs, Anne
