it’s the first sunday of the month and the penny black and more challenge theme for april is birthdays!
for my DT card, i water coloured this penny black cling stamp, cake dance Product #40-060, with twinkling H2Os and winsor & newton watercolour paints; the balloon was painted and cut using a die that was a gift, thank you daniela!
