it’s the first of august so time for a new theme at the house of cards challenge; this month we’d like to create a card with using this word cue~

i had a lot of fun creating this card. i started by embossing silver mirri paper and painted it with ColourArte silks acrylic glaze, black ice. the flower and leaves were coloured with metallic rub-on paint and i used the inlaid die technique for the penny black thank you sentiment. be sure to visit the blog throughout the month for tutorials and creative inspiration from the rest of the design team.

    I too have RA along with fibromyalgia hun. Too many of us seem to have these health issues these days. Love, love, LOVE IT! That is breathtakingly beautiful huni, must try this technique soon, when ,my fingers aren’t screaming at me to rest a bit. Hope you have a lovely week Karen xx
