Physio Fitness

first i’d like to apologize for not getting around to comment on all the creative cards that pop up in my reader. i knew i would have a physiotherapy routine to follow with my new knee (my christmas present), but i didn’t anticipate that my creating and computer time would be so limited as a result.

as i previously mentioned, my physiotherapist is very happy with the results of all my work – so much so that she insists on increasing my time spent on rehab and the weights on my leg. i tried whining about the time it takes and how it interferes with my creativity; i don’t think she heard me. anyway, i made this card to thank her for all her encouragement and support.

after i watercoloured with twinkling H2Os, i fussy cut this little taylored expressions exercise grumpling and attached a mini wobble to it.

thanks for popping by.

  1. haha Cute and funny! That’s crappy you don’t have much time to create, and that complaining didn’t get you out of your exercise regime. It’s for the best, though! :)

  2. Thats so cute, love how you have done it. Great idea to add a wobbly, need toget myself some of these. I have a couple of grumpling sets but dont recognise this one, obviously I need toshop some more.
So happy to hear you are going so well with cardio. Keep it up

  3. so funny – cute card. well done on your physio – they never listen to excuses do they!

  4. OMGosh this card is just too cute! I can just see that little guy wobbling as he exercises. lol I bet your physiotherapist will love this card too!! I wish you well with you continued work, I know how hard it is but if it is helping then it is a must! Hugs, Brenda
