i’m playing along with the poppy stamps challenge #31; the theme is ‘gift it’.
design team member Pam Simpson created a beautiful and elegant pillow box, so i was inspired to make one too only mine is much simpler; and, if you know me, i chose a cute and whimsical image. i painted the poppy stamps rudolph reindeer with twinkling H2Os, cut it with the matching die and attached it to a tiny pillow box made from birch tree print christmas paper.
thanks for popping by.
Adorable treat box!
Thanks Lianne! Glad you like it.
Awww, this little pillow box is so cute, I love the birch tress on it and I love, love, love your sweet little reindeer! you have colored him up so cute, love that you made him to be Rudolph! Hugs, Brenda
Thanks so much brenda! Yeah, that little guy just had to have a red nose didn’t he?
super cute! The picture is so teeny though! :D
Thanks Pam! That’s because it’s a teeny pillow box. Lol

Your pillow box reindeer is so darn sweet. loving his Rudolph nose!
The birch tree background looks great.
We use a lot of these at Christmas time. My daughter and grandkids are really into recycling. All the small rezzies are in boxes like this, or in fabric drawstring bags that she made.
I think it is fun to open a pillow box!. T
Totally adorable project!
