i painted this penny black cling stamp, 40-174 winter illumination, with twinkling H2Os as usual. although i made a christmas card, your CAS creation can be for any reason.
remember, your focal point must be hand stamped, any company, just no digis please; a future guest designer will be selected from those who use a PB image and as always, you’ll love the prizes to be won from: Penny Black, Tattered Lace, Fantastic Ribbons.
