Happy Rudolph Days January 2018

i’m so honoured that maureen at scrappymo’s blog invited me back as a design team member for another term at the Rudolph Days Challenge.

i know, you probably just put away all that holiday stuff and here i am asking you to bring it back out. but think about how good you’ll feel to have a stash of cards ready to be mailed out on time this year.

all you need to do is create one card every month on the 25th and you have until the last day of each month to play along. and hey, if you want to make more than one, go for it! as always, there’s a fabulous prize on offer so pop over to the blog to be inspired by the rest of the design team and to read the rules.

a special prize: maureen will continue this year with a special prize draw she started in december 2017; you can enter to win a prize in december if you played along every month. how’s that for another incentive?

on to my card – have i mentioned i love snowmen? i painted this cute whipper snapper image called scratch my nose with twinkling H2Os as usual and added a liquid pearl dot to the bird’s hat and kept it CAS.

thanks for popping by.

  1. This is such a beautiful card, Linda. I love the way you paint your images with the Twinkling H2O’s. You are a master of that technique!
The soft pretty colours look wonderful and the Liquid Pearl drop on the read hat is perfect.
Thanks for being on my Design team. It is great to have you!

  3. Hi Linda, I was MIA a lot of 2017, so when I saw your delightful Snowie at Rudy Day, I thought I recognized your style! Your w/coloring skills are always so fab, and this is just a really cute image too. (love those Whippersnapper images). Looks great with the tree dp! Hope you’re doing well, and so pleased to see you as a Rudy Day DT! TFS & Hugs
