i try to keep busy this time of year, so i was glad to be commissioned to make some of these matchbook candy holders, which are coloured with distress inks.
here’s the inside; they hold one ghirardelli square. have you tasted these candy cane ones? of course i had to sample them first – yum! thanks for popping by.

So cute Linda!
Oh brilliant. Great idea. No I haven’t tasted them! x
Oh, you and your sweet images!!! Isnt this just darling and the best part is that you’ve been commissioned. How wonderful. I’m happy for you, Ms. Linda. Hugs.
This is so cute Linda. Hmm, now you’ve got me wanting one of those candy cane chocolates lol!
Love this card Linda! Such a great idea for a special little gift. And how wonderful to be commissioned to make this – I’m really happy for you.
We don’t get these chocolates here in Australia but I am very partial to red and green M & M’s and dark chocolate cherry ripes and caramello bears (chocolate koalas with a gooey caramel filling). Mmm, think I’ll go and raid the cupboard now that I am thinking about it LOL!!
The snowman is adorable – is it a digi image or stamp? I am just so crazy for snowman stamps and they always seem to “fall” into my basket when I shop on-line. Kind of odd seeing as it is summer her at Christmas-time but there is just something about them that grabs my attention. You’ve coloured it so beautifully with your Distress Inks – so in awe of your beautiful colouring!
{{hugs}} and :-)

I love this snowman. You’ve colored him so perfectly! Did you use a rubber stamp or a digi image? I think I will use this idea for my kindergarteners for a Valentines Day project. It’s perfect as it only holds one candy and the kids can color the image on front. Thanks for the inspiration!
