Bloom Where You’re Planted

floral thank you card in pink, green and ivory
i’ve been very busy with volunteering so i haven’t had much time to create lately, but i managed to make this card for the impression obsession challenge to ‘bloom where you are planted.’ i coloured the image from the Spring Medley CL465 set with twinkling H2Os, distress inks and stickles; the sentiment is from the Thanks Sentiments CL41 set. i rounded the corners, added a bow and it’s another thank you card for my stash. thanks for popping by.

  1. Wow, Linda! How very elegant and so beautiful. The colors are so soft and the centers of the flowers and the pearls are just perfect to make the flowers pop. Thanks so much for playing and good luck in the drawing too!

  2. So delicate & lovely. Your DI coloring is so beautiful, and so was the H20’s. This is such a pretty stamp, and background papers were gorgeous with it. TFS

  3. I am pleased to see I am not the only one who still uses Twinking H2o’s Linda, they seem to be out of fashion over here.

Such pretty delicate colours and the stickles really add a lovely finishing touch.

  4. Beautiful card!! Those papers are perfect to go with that IO stamp! And I love the details you added like the pearls and flower centers. Very elegant. :) Thanks for sharing.
