i was inspired by the maple and acorn pattern to make this card for the 300th inspiration challenge, which is my favourite at splitcoaststampers. stef is the hostess with the mostest; she always visits participants and leaves comments, which makes everyone feel welcome to play. i don’t always have the time or mojo, so i was happy i got to have fun today, watercolouring with distress inks and sanding the base. thanks for popping by.

Cool effect with the sanding, and it’s a different way of looking at autumn! (rather than focusing on the dormancy of everything and the impending winter lol)
Love that sanded cardstock … such great variation of color.
I must agree with Lianne. I love the sanding too. It’s a perfect blend with the beautiful image. Beautiful autumnal card, Ms. Linda.
Very nice indeed. Love this autumnal card.
Hugs, Sandra
A lovely fall card and I really like the way the sanded cardstock turned out.
Beautiful Fall card Linda. Love how you sanded the embossing too.
Beautiful Fall card Linda! Love how you sanded the embossing – looks so fab!
just a lovely fall card gf….
Great fall card Linda!
Lovely Linda! I like the opposing corners rounded on the matted image. It draws your eyes down with the falling leaves. This makes me excited for the arrival of fall and all the splendid colors.
