brenda (floral fantasies) is having a fun candy challenge to make a card or project that has poppies on it, hints at the colour or idea of poppies or an has an image coloured in with the beautiful poppy colours. i’ve had this penny black poppies stamp for some time, but this is the first time i inked it up; it’s coloured with distress inks and letraset aqua markers with stickles in the flower centres and i used my new memory box butterflies die – i love it! i cased a layout in paper creations summer 2012 by the talented kendra sand. thanks for popping by.

Good evening Linda,
Where do I start, I love this Penny Black image although I don’t use it anything like enough. I’m so glad I have given you the opportunity to link yours up stop
The soft dressing round the edge lifts the image beautifully and the text DP has an almost vintage feel to it coordinates beautifully and the three little butterflies finish off perfectly.
Thank you so very much for taking the time to join in my little fun challenge, I have been totally thrilled so many of my blogging friends have done so including yourself.
I hope your microphone arrive soon so that you to can get your robotic fingers, it’s certainly revolutionised typing for me and I’m sure you will find the same.
Hope you have a lovely weekend.
