this is my first post of the new year and since it’s the first sunday of the month, we have a new challenge for you at penny black and more @ allsorts – love is in the air. i coloured this penny black musical hedgie with distress ink pads, cut and popped the rose on foam tape and added stickles. the rest of the design team’s gorgeous creations can be found on the blog and i’d love for you to play along; there are some fabulous prizes to be won from sponsors Penny Black, Stampalot, Crimson Cloud, Classy Crafts and Crafty Ribbons along with a chance to be a guest designer.
i’m submitting this to these challenges:
fussy and fancy – furry friends
natalie and amy’s – your favourite things: colouring with distress ink pads, cute images, pastel colours, die cutting
thanks for popping by.
Your card is beautifully bright and sunny looking Linda and really brightens the grey weather we’re having.
Hope you have a good Sunday.

Hi, Happy new year!
So lovely card, beautiful and soft design,-))m
This is adorable Linda. Love your coloring, and the beautiful design.
How totally adorable this little hedgie is. I have this stamp, so your card is most inspirational for a different way to use Little Hedgie. Love the colors you used & the sweet scalloped border. Your rose is perfect! TFS
Beautiful card Linda, pink and yellow always look so pretty together, and love the hedgie – wonder what he is strumming on the guitar. Wishing you peace for 2013 x Susan x
Cute and so sweet! The colours all go perfectly together, and I love the effects of the little hearts and the rose.
Adorable! Love the image and the sparkle you added!
Ms Linda, how adorable! I love the design and the sweet image. I used to love “Love is in the air” ~ that 1979 song! You couldnt have picked a better caption. Hugs Anne
