our trees are almost bare but just like some of the leaves i’m hanging on to my favourite season so i really enjoyed creating this card. besides, i need a break from mass producing christmas items.
the IO maple leaves (DIE030-S) were cut, painted with twinkling H2Os and attached in a circle to paper that i swiped with distress inks to create the look of woodgrain. i cut the thanks from the IO greetings set (DIE174-W) five times in dark brown and attached it.

Oh my, I love this one Linda! Those leaves look so real! Yes, I’m hanging onto fall as long as I can too. lol We still have some leaves left yet, but they will soon be gone. Hugs, Brenda

So nice to see you at Allsorts challenge this week, Linda. A gorgeous card, beautiful leaves and love how arranged them in a wreath. And how wonderfully you inked them too. We still have many leaves up on the trees at the moment, which I find a bit unusual. But it’s been windy these last couple of days so I am sure we’ll be looking at bare trees very soon!
